Penn Commercial was established by Vanessa Penn in 2007 and celebrated its milestone 15th anniversary in 2022.
With over 80 years of combined experience across East Anglia, award-winning Penn Commercial provides a personal and dedicated commercial property service across all commercial property sectors, including retail, business space, logistics, warehousing, industrial, land, investment and development.
The Penn team is based at Ipswich’s Fox’s Marina, where the Company has been based since 2010.
